Lucid SLA credit guide
What Lucid's own agreement actually says about availability: no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process, so there is nothing to file for a bad month — plus where a service level for Lucid would live if you have one, and the outage record Ontracko keeps regardless.
What SLA credit does Lucid pay when it misses?
Lucid publishes NO availability SLA at all — no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process — so there is nothing to file for a bad month, and any "Lucid uptime guarantee" figure circulating elsewhere did not come from Lucid's own terms. If you have a service level with Lucid, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where the commitment and any remedy actually are. Ontracko monitors Lucid for free either way and keeps the dated outage record, which is what a renewal conversation runs on. One more thing about the deadline, because Lucid not stating one is not the same as there being none: file promptly anyway. A contract can carry a limitation period nobody printed, evidence ages badly, and the status-page record a claim is built on is easiest to defend while it is fresh. If Ontracko shows a date against a Lucid claim, that date is our own monitoring reminder rather than anything Lucid set — we will never let it expire a claim, and you should never quote it to Lucid as their window.

Credit tiers by service
No filable service credit exists for Lucid (Terms of Service — no availability SLA published) under the standard agreement — not a tier table gap, a genuine zero. NO AVAILABILITY SLA IS PUBLISHED, AND THIS IS A DEFINITIVE FINDING RATHER THAN A FAILED SEARCH. Lucid's governing agreement is the Lucid Software Inc. Terms of Service at lucid.co/tos (Last updated July 1, 2026), read first-hand in full on 3 October 2026 — 69,785 characters of rendered text with ZERO occurrences of "uptime", "service level", "service credit" or "SLA". Section 6 ("Lucid's Provision of the Services") covers only technical Support through Lucid's help centers and maintenance scheduled during non-peak hours; it states no availability percentage, defines no downtime and establishes no service credit. WHAT LUCID WARRANTS IS CONFORMITY, NOT AVAILABILITY, and that distinction is the whole of this profile. §11.1 warrants that "during the applicable Subscription Term, the Subscription Service(s) will operate substantially as described in the Documentation". THE REMEDY LADDER: for a breach of that warranty the customer must notify Lucid in writing within thirty days of discovering the nonconformity, and as the customer's exclusive remedy and Lucid's sole liability, Lucid will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the non-conforming Service at no additional charge within a reasonable time period. THAT IS A CORRECTION OBLIGATION, NOT A SERVICE CREDIT, AND UNAVAILABILITY IS NOT ITS TRIGGER: it answers the product failing to do what the Documentation describes, so an outage is not by itself a breach of it and a status-page record is not by itself evidence for it. §11.3 disclaims every other representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind. IF A CUSTOMER HOLDS AN AVAILABILITY COMMITMENT FOR LUCID, THE ONLY PLACE IT CAN LIVE IS THEIR OWN SIGNED ORDER FORM OR NEGOTIATED ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT — unpublished, and not verifiable from here. The Terms reference "Orders" only as ordinary ordering documents (§1.1(c), §3.1); nothing in them points a service level, an availability figure or a credit at the Order Form, so this is not the order-form-commitment shape. Read that agreement before asserting any figure.
Is there a Lucid SLA credit to file?
No — there is nothing to file. Lucid's standard agreement doesn't pay a per-incident service credit, so filing a claim would go nowhere. Frequently asked
What is Lucid's SLA uptime commitment?
Lucid does not publish one. Its own agreement states no uptime percentage anywhere, so there is no commitment to quote — any figure attributed to Lucid elsewhere did not come from Lucid's terms. If you hold a negotiated Order Form, any availability commitment you have lives there.
Does Lucid pay an SLA service credit?
No — and there is no commitment behind it either. Lucid's published agreement states no uptime percentage and provides no service credit, so there is no figure to miss and nothing to file for a bad month. If you have a service level with Lucid, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where any commitment and any remedy would be. Does Ontracko file Lucid SLA credit claims for me?
No — Lucid's standard agreement has no filable service credit, so Ontracko does not draft claims for it. Ontracko still monitors Lucid for free and tracks the uptime record, which is useful leverage at renewal.
