Rollbar SLA credit guide

What Rollbar's own agreement actually says about availability: no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process, so there is nothing to file for a bad month — plus where a service level for Rollbar would live if you have one, and the outage record Ontracko keeps regardless.

What SLA credit does Rollbar pay when it misses?

Rollbar publishes NO availability SLA at all — no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process — so there is nothing to file for a bad month, and any "Rollbar uptime guarantee" figure circulating elsewhere did not come from Rollbar's own terms. If you have a service level with Rollbar, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where the commitment and any remedy actually are. Ontracko monitors Rollbar for free either way and keeps the dated outage record, which is what a renewal conversation runs on. One more thing about the deadline, because Rollbar not stating one is not the same as there being none: file promptly anyway. A contract can carry a limitation period nobody printed, evidence ages badly, and the status-page record a claim is built on is easiest to defend while it is fresh. If Ontracko shows a date against a Rollbar claim, that date is our own monitoring reminder rather than anything Rollbar set — we will never let it expire a claim, and you should never quote it to Rollbar as their window.

Rollbar (Terms of Service — no availability SLA published)no published commitment · nothing to file

No filable service credit exists for Rollbar (Terms of Service — no availability SLA published) under the standard agreement — not a tier table gap, a genuine zero. THE TERMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM UPTIME, SO THERE IS NOTHING TO COMMIT TO AND NOTHING TO FILE: docs.rollbar.com's legal index lists Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Responsible Disclosure Policy, Security & Compliance Policy, CCPA/GDPR notices, Data Processing Addendum, Data Subprocessors, Data Transfer Impact Assessment, DMCA Notice — and NONE of them is an SLA; docs.rollbar.com/docs/service-level-agreement and docs.rollbar.com/docs/security-and-compliance-policy both return 404 and rollbar.com/legal/ redirects nowhere helpful. Terms of Service (effective May 1, 2026, docs.rollbar.com/docs/terms-of-service) provides the Services "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" with "NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND", expressly disclaims any warranty of AVAILABILITY, and reserves the right to "change, suspend, or discontinue the availability or any functionality of the Services, or any aspect of your access to the Services, at any time without notice to you and without incurring any liability to you." There is no uptime percentage, no credit table and no claim process. ⚠️ CREDIT BILLING IS A DECOY: Rollbar's docs have a "Credit Billing" page but its credits are Rollbar PRODUCT credits (event volume), not SLA service credits — a text search for "credit" on Rollbar's site returns the product-billing page, never a service credit. Rollbar's own pricing page (rollbar.com/pricing) confirms that "Priority support and SLAs" and "Custom SLAs" are Enterprise-tier only, negotiated through sales. The 99.9 stored in slaCommitment above is Ontracko's generic monitoring default carried over so scoring still runs, NOT a Rollbar commitment. If a customer believes an availability commitment applies, the only place it could live is their own Enterprise Order Form — unpublished, and not verifiable from here.

Is there a Rollbar SLA credit to file?

No — there is nothing to file. Rollbar's standard agreement doesn't pay a per-incident service credit, so filing a claim would go nowhere. There is no uptime percentage, no credit table and no claim process. Ontracko still tracks Rollbar’s uptime record for free, which is real leverage in a renewal conversation even without a claimable credit.

Frequently asked

What is Rollbar's SLA uptime commitment?

Rollbar does not publish one. Its own agreement states no uptime percentage anywhere, so there is no commitment to quote — any figure attributed to Rollbar elsewhere did not come from Rollbar's terms. If you hold a negotiated Order Form, any availability commitment you have lives there.

Does Rollbar pay an SLA service credit?

No — and there is no commitment behind it either. Rollbar's published agreement states no uptime percentage and provides no service credit, so there is no figure to miss and nothing to file for a bad month. If you have a service level with Rollbar, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where any commitment and any remedy would be. Does Ontracko file Rollbar SLA credit claims for me?

No — Rollbar's standard agreement has no filable service credit, so Ontracko does not draft claims for it. Ontracko still monitors Rollbar for free and tracks the uptime record, which is useful leverage at renewal.
