Bubble SLA credit guide

What Bubble's own agreement actually says about availability: no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process, so there is nothing to file for a bad month — plus where a service level for Bubble would live if you have one, and the outage record Ontracko keeps regardless.

What SLA credit does Bubble pay when it misses?

Bubble publishes NO availability SLA at all — no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process — so there is nothing to file for a bad month, and any "Bubble uptime guarantee" figure circulating elsewhere did not come from Bubble's own terms. If you have a service level with Bubble, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where the commitment and any remedy actually are. Ontracko monitors Bubble for free either way and keeps the dated outage record, which is what a renewal conversation runs on. One more thing about the deadline, because Bubble not stating one is not the same as there being none: file promptly anyway. A contract can carry a limitation period nobody printed, evidence ages badly, and the status-page record a claim is built on is easiest to defend while it is fresh. If Ontracko shows a date against a Bubble claim, that date is our own monitoring reminder rather than anything Bubble set — we will never let it expire a claim, and you should never quote it to Bubble as their window.

Bubble (Terms — no availability SLA published)no published commitment · nothing to file

No filable service credit exists for Bubble (Terms — no availability SLA published) under the standard agreement — not a tier table gap, a genuine zero. BUBBLE PUBLISHES NO AVAILABILITY SLA, SO THERE IS NO UPTIME FIGURE TO HOLD IT TO AND NO SERVICE CREDIT TO FILE FOR. The Bubble Terms (https://bubble.io/terms, "Last revised: September 28, 2026 Effective date: October 3, 2026") contain ZERO occurrences of "service level", "service credit", "SLA", "uptime" or any "99.x" figure, and neither the pricing page (https://bubble.io/pricing) nor the enterprise page (https://bubble.io/for-enterprise) contains any "SLA", "uptime", "service level" or "99." text; no SLA document is published. Under §5(a) Availability, "Bubble will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Platform available at all times, except for scheduled downtime and any unavailability caused by events beyond our reasonable control" (natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, ISP failures, denial of service attacks) — an efforts-only promise with no uptime percentage, no credit table and no claim process. The warranty section states: "THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND", and the plain-language summary limits Bubble's maximum liability to $100 "except in certain egregious cases". The termination clause refunds prepaid Subscription Fees only if Bubble is legally required to stop offering the Platform — not a downtime remedy. Two decoys, not an availability SLA: the §5 "BUBBLE OBLIGATIONS" plain-language summary says "We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7/365 but may suspend access for maintenance or to protect it from attacks or other threats." — a non-binding summary of an efforts promise, NOT a 100% commitment, and it should not be cited as one; and "AI Credits" are a purchasable usage currency ("Purchases of AI Credits are final and non-refundable"), NOT service credits, and must not be mistaken for a downtime remedy. The 99.9 stored in slaCommitment above is Ontracko's generic monitoring default carried over so scoring still runs, NOT a Bubble commitment. If a customer believes an availability commitment applies, the only place it could live is their own negotiated agreement with Bubble — unpublished, and not verifiable from here. Is there a Bubble SLA credit to file?

No — there is nothing to file. Bubble's standard agreement doesn't pay a per-incident service credit, so filing a claim would go nowhere. Ontracko still tracks Bubble’s uptime record for free, which is real leverage in a renewal conversation even without a claimable credit.

Frequently asked

What is Bubble's SLA uptime commitment?

Bubble does not publish one. Its own agreement states no uptime percentage anywhere, so there is no commitment to quote — any figure attributed to Bubble elsewhere did not come from Bubble's terms. If you hold a negotiated Order Form, any availability commitment you have lives there.

Does Bubble pay an SLA service credit?

No — and there is no commitment behind it either. Bubble's published agreement states no uptime percentage and provides no service credit, so there is no figure to miss and nothing to file for a bad month. If you have a service level with Bubble, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where any commitment and any remedy would be. Does Ontracko file Bubble SLA credit claims for me?
