Workato SLA credit guide
What Workato's own agreement actually says about availability: no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process, so there is nothing to file for a bad month — plus where a service level for Workato would live if you have one, and the outage record Ontracko keeps regardless.
What SLA credit does Workato pay when it misses?
Workato publishes NO availability SLA at all — no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process — so there is nothing to file for a bad month, and any "Workato uptime guarantee" figure circulating elsewhere did not come from Workato's own terms. If you have a service level with Workato, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where the commitment and any remedy actually are. Ontracko monitors Workato for free either way and keeps the dated outage record, which is what a renewal conversation runs on. One more thing about the deadline, because Workato not stating one is not the same as there being none: file promptly anyway. A contract can carry a limitation period nobody printed, evidence ages badly, and the status-page record a claim is built on is easiest to defend while it is fresh. If Ontracko shows a date against a Workato claim, that date is our own monitoring reminder rather than anything Workato set — we will never let it expire a claim, and you should never quote it to Workato as their window.

Credit tiers by service
No filable service credit exists for Workato (Terms of Service — no availability SLA published) under the standard agreement — not a tier table gap, a genuine zero. NO AVAILABILITY SLA IS PUBLISHED, AND THIS IS A DEFINITIVE FINDING RATHER THAN A FAILED SEARCH. Workato's legal index at https://www.workato.com/legal lists its agreements and policies — Terms of Service, Embedded Edition Agreement, DPA, Subprocessors, Additional Product Terms, Self-service Addendum and others — and no SLA or service-level document among them. The binding contract, the Workato Terms of Service at https://www.workato.com/legal/terms-of-service (Last updated February 24, 2026), read first-hand in full on 4 October 2026, contains ZERO occurrences of "uptime", "service level", "SLA" or "service credit"; the word "credit" appears once, as "creditors" in the §12(b) termination clause. §2(a) says only that Workato "will make the Workato Platform available for Account Holder to access and use solely for its internal business operations in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Order Form" — it states no availability level, defines no downtime and establishes no service credit. WHAT WORKATO WARRANTS IS CONFORMITY, NOT AVAILABILITY: §8(b)(i) warrants that "the Workato Platform (including any Platform Assets created by Workato) will function in accordance with the Documentation in all material and applicable respects", and the exclusive remedy is for Workato to correct the non-conformance within thirty (30) days from the date it receives written notice — or, if Workato cannot substantially fix the non-conformance in a commercially reasonable manner, the customer may terminate the applicable Order Form and Workato will issue a refund for any unused, pre-paid fees. THAT IS A CORRECT-OR-TERMINATE-AND-REFUND LADDER TRIGGERED BY NONCONFORMITY WITH THE DOCUMENTATION, NOT A SERVICE CREDIT, AND AN OUTAGE IS NOT BY ITSELF ITS TRIGGER. §8(c) states that "WORKATO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WORKATO PLATFORM WILL BE PERFORMED ERRORFREE OR UNINTERRUPTED". Exhibit A, the "Workato Support Agreement", defines four severity levels and sets support RESPONSE-TIME targets by plan — for Severity 1, 4 Business Hours on Standard, 2 Business Hours on Premier and Premium, and 1 hour 24x7x365 on Enterprise — and nothing else: no uptime percentage, no resolution commitment, no service credit and no remedy for a missed response. THOSE RESPONSE TIMES ARE A SEPARATE OBLIGATION ABOUT HOW FAST SUPPORT ANSWERS, NOT HOW AVAILABLE THE PLATFORM IS: they set no filing deadline and pay no credit. Support requests go through Workato's support portal, which is not a claim channel — there is no credit to claim. THE SELF-SERVICE ADDENDUM CONFIRMS THE GAP RATHER THAN FILLING IT. The Workato Self-Service Addendum (v2026-06-18, published at https://www.workato.com/legal/self-service-addendum), read first-hand in full, is the only document in Workato's published legal corpus that uses the word "uptime" — and it uses it to exclude. §1(e)(ii): "Any Service Commitment for availability or uptime applicable to the Workato Platform do not apply to the Self-Service Edition. Workato will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Self-Service Edition available to Account Holder." That carves out a commitment no published Workato document states. IF A CUSTOMER HOLDS AN AVAILABILITY COMMITMENT FOR WORKATO, THE ONLY PLACE IT CAN LIVE IS THEIR OWN ORDER FORM — unpublished, and not verifiable from here. Read that document before asserting any figure.
Is there a Workato SLA credit to file?
No — there is nothing to file. Workato's standard agreement doesn't pay a per-incident service credit, so filing a claim would go nowhere. NO AVAILABILITY SLA IS PUBLISHED, AND THIS IS A DEFINITIVE FINDING RATHER THAN A FAILED SEARCH. Frequently asked
What is Workato's SLA uptime commitment?
Workato does not publish one. Its own agreement states no uptime percentage anywhere, so there is no commitment to quote — any figure attributed to Workato elsewhere did not come from Workato's terms. If you hold a negotiated Order Form, any availability commitment you have lives there.
Does Workato pay an SLA service credit?
No — and there is no commitment behind it either. Workato's published agreement states no uptime percentage and provides no service credit, so there is no figure to miss and nothing to file for a bad month. If you have a service level with Workato, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where any commitment and any remedy would be.
